Lindsey Winthrop joined DiCaro, Coppo & Popcke in February 2011.

Ms. Winthrop graduated magna cum laude from Duke University, in 2006, where she studied History and Chemistry.

While at Duke, she became interested in healthcare and decided to pursue a career in healthcare law. Ms. Winthrop earned her Juris Doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School, in May of 2010.

Upon graduating, she relocated to San Diego and worked at the Consumer Center for Health Education & Advocacy, the healthcare team for the Legal Aid Society of San Diego, Inc. She was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2010. Ms. Winthrop focuses her practice on defending healthcare providers in malpractice litigation and administrative peer review actions.

Ms. Winthrop is an avid sports fan, particularly college basketball, and enjoys cooking, running, and spending time outside.
