On June 28, 2011, John DiCaro and Ashleigh Angeletti won a defense verdict for their Hospital client with an 11-1 verdict after a 7-day jury trial.  Mr. DiCaro and Ms. Angeletti successfully defended the Hospital against claims of professional negligence of the nursing staff in treating a patient in the emergency room.
